Product Description

ModelĀ 1080 AC Current (RMS) Transducer provides an isolated 0 to +5Vdc output proportional to the True AC RMS input current. The transducers are operated in a two wire loop power configuration, with an input current range from 2A to 250A and an overload of 500Aac.

The 1080 Series delivers high performance accuracy over a temperature range from -40Ā°C to +85Ā°C and measures input current with a frequency range from 47 to 63Hz, with Crest Factors up to 4. The transducers are low powered, operate with a supply voltage from +10Vdc to +32Vdc and produce low output ripple.Ā  The transducerā€™s molded construction with the internal components encapsulated withstands, without performance or mechanical degradation, applications with shock, vibration and humidity requirements. In addition, the 1080 Series is ideal for applications where the input waveforms are phase angle fired, chopped or distorted.

The 1080 AC Current TransducersĀ are light weight, non-intrusive and are available with a barrier, connector or d-sub connector interface, with the connector and d-sub connector options available with mating connectors.
