DESCRIPTION
American Aerospace Controls is seeking an individual with a strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy. A BS in Computer Engineering and 3 years minimum experience in networking, daily backup, restoration, recovery and maintenance processes is required.
Candidate must have working knowledge of Crystal Reports, enterprise resource planning software (ERP), Anti-Virus and Firewall processes, Microsoft Office, Access and Adobe Acrobat. In addition, knowledge of Inventory Control programs and processes a major plus factor. Experience with Epicor ERP Software is highly preferred.
DUTIES
· Generate Crystal Reports for Epicor ERP System
· Maintaining of IP network layout
· Maintaining and upgrading server and windows xp client machines
· Hardware and Switch configuration
· Printer and end user support
· Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control and evaluation
· Provides references and support for users
· Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
· Support and maintain the Inventory Control System
SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS
Network Performance Tuning, LAN Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Multi-tasking, Quality Focus, Coordination, Technical Understanding, Quick Study, Self Motivator. Knowledge of ERP or Epicor Software.
